Maslak Insurance Agency: Business, Car and Health Cover

Maslak is one of Istanbul’s main business districts. Office towers, international companies, start-ups, fleets of company cars and the workshops of Atatürk Oto Sanayi Sitesi all sit within a few streets of each other. Sigorta Maslak is the local office of Ailenizin Sigortacısı, an agency working in insurance since 1996, and our office is right here in the Oto Sanayi area. We see the district’s insurance questions from the inside, not from across the city.

Why insurance looks different in Maslak

In a residential neighbourhood the first topic is usually the home and DASK, the compulsory earthquake insurance. In Maslak the picture changes: rented office floors, employees who travel for work, cars registered to a company and service businesses that hold customers’ vehicles. In a plaza, the building itself is normally the responsibility of the owner or the building management. The company renting the floor still needs to think about its own furniture, IT equipment and the cost of an interruption to its work.

Many people who work in the towers are newcomers to Türkiye. They drive in every morning, leave renewals to the last day, and have never read what their employer’s health policy actually covers. Key policies for companies in the district

• Company cars: traffic insurance is compulsory under Law No. 2918, the Highway Traffic Law, and pays for damage you cause to others. Kasko (comprehensive motor insurance) covers your own vehicle. • Health cover for staff and owners: private or complementary health insurance fills an important gap in small teams without an employer scheme, and for freelancers. A separate view for Oto Sanayi workshops

Repair, paint, bodywork and spare-parts businesses in Atatürk Oto Sanayi Sitesi protect more than their own premises: customers’ cars are often left with them overnight. How equipment, stock and liability for those vehicles are covered depends on the policy wording. Because we are neighbours, we can visit your workshop and draw up a realistic list of cover. Where welding gear, paint booths or compressors are used, fire precautions such as extinguishers and the condition of the electrical wiring are also part of the conversation.

You do not need to visit to get a quote

If you work in one of the towers, drop by at lunchtime, or ask for a quote on WhatsApp without leaving your desk. For a car we need the ruhsat (vehicle registration); for a business, the address and type of activity; for health, ages and the number of people. Foreign residents can use their foreign ID number (Yabancı Kimlik No). Because we work with several insurers, you receive options with the cover laid out side by side rather than a single figure.
